  • Screen candidates in person, via phone or video link
  • Administer a range of computer-based skills testing, aptitude testing and personality profiling, (including on line arrangements)
  • Complete reference checks
  • Check the validity of qualifications
  • Co-ordinate final interviews including arranging travel and accommodation for out of area candidates
  • Arrange pre-employment medical assessments
  • Assist with final offers including remuneration negotiations
  • Follow-up during the successful candidate’s initial period of employment
