- Screen candidates in person, via phone or video link
- Administer a range of computer-based skills testing, aptitude testing and personality profiling, (including on line arrangements)
- Complete reference checks
- Check the validity of qualifications
- Co-ordinate final interviews including arranging travel and accommodation for out of area candidates
- Arrange pre-employment medical assessments
- Assist with final offers including remuneration negotiations
- Follow-up during the successful candidate’s initial period of employment
