This flexible service enables you to meet your staffing requirements for sick leave, holiday relief, peak periods, special projects and organisational restructure.
Rates
Our contract rate is an all-inclusive hourly rate covering wages, annual and sick leave provisions, workers compensation, payroll tax, superannuation and our service fee. The rates paid to our temporary staff are based on relevant Modern Awards and Agreements.
Staff Screening
All temporary staff are screened through our recruitment service which includes interviews, checking the validity of licences and qualifications, completing reference checks and administering, where required, computer-based skills and aptitude testing.
Medically Fit
All blue collar temporary staff are required to satisfactorily complete pre-employment medical and hearing tests and WorkCover approved OH&S training prior to commencement.
Assignments
Both short and long term assignments are catered for from 1 day to 12 months. Teams of staff can also be arranged and co-ordinated on a continual basis.
Monitoring
The performances of all temporary staff are regularly monitored to ensure they meet workplace requirements. All workplace issues affecting our temporary staff are addressed in consultation with client representatives.
