<p>An excellent opportunity is currently available at their Broadwater Mill site for a highly capable individual, with proven experience within the manufacturing sector, to take on the challenges of a diverse role that encompasses production, maintenance and the continuous improvement aspects of the operation. The site incorporates sugar milling operations and a state-of-the-art 30 Megawatt <br />Co-generation plant. </p>
<p>This is a critical front line supervisory role that focuses on overseeing all sugar milling and co-generation operations on shift, including leading a team of up to 10 skilled operators. The role involves undertaking production supervisory responsibilities for around six months of the year, when the factory is crushing cane on 24/7 continuous basis, and for the remainder of the year focusing on co-ordinating maintenance and improvement projects. </p>
<p><strong>Key Position Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven production supervisory and/or process engineering experience associated with heavy manufacturing or similar operations, including the ability to ensure production targets and product quality standards are met</li>
<li>Demonstrated capacity to co-ordinate factory investigations, maintenance programs and responses to breakdowns</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, including the ability to provide training to operators, co-ordinate team meetings, attend to front line OHS issues and monitor staff performance</li>
<li>High level troubleshooting and problem solving ability</li>
<li>Proven capacity to actively contribute to continuous process improvements</li>
<li>Well developed organisational, administrative and computer skills, including the ability to interpret and report on a wide range of production data</li>

<p>A number of excellent opportunities are available for versatile and motivated individuals who have the capacity to be responsible for the operation of key plant and machinery required for the crushing and processing of cane and generation of steam and electricity at their Condong Mill site, situated near Murwillumbah and the Tweed Coast. The site features a new 30-megawatt Co-generation plant, which produces electricity for the grid.</p>
<p>The roles involve working on shift during the crushing season, which operates for approximately six months of the year and for the balance of the year, when the sugar mill is shut, undertaking a range of Trade Assistant and Labouring tasks associated with the overhaul and repair of plant and machinery.</p>
<p><strong>Key Position Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven skills and experience associated with operator roles within a heavy manufacturing operation or similar operation</li>
<li>Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills</li>
<li>Effective communication and team work skills</li>

<p>North Coast Community Housing Company (NCCHC) is the premier provider of Social and Affordable housing in the NSW Northern Rivers area. Operating from a head office in Lismore and with branches in Tweed Heads and Grafton, the team of more than 20 personnel manages over 840 tenancies under a variety of housing programs.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Housing Services Manager, the key focus of the Access Coordinator role is to monitor the processes undertaken by NCCHC staff in relation to the NSW Housing Register and Housing Pathways. This includes assisting staff in responding to requests and applications for social housing assistance and providing training, mentoring and support in ensuring client satisfaction.</p>
<p>Key areas of responsibility include assisting with New Housing Applications, Housing Allocations, Housing Pathways, Tenancy Guarantees, Tenancy Management Transfers, Compliance and Service Innovation and Community Involvement.</p>
<p><strong>Key Position Requirements:</strong></p>

<p>North Coast Community Housing Company (NCCHC) is the premier provider of Social and Affordable housing in the NSW Northern Rivers area. Operating from a head office in Lismore and with branches in Tweed Heads and Grafton, the team of more than 20 personnel manages over 840 tenancies under a variety of housing programs.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the key focus of the Management Accountant role is to provide assistance in the preparation of external and internal financial reports and reconciliation of accounts.</p>
<p>Other key areas of responsibility include assisting in the areas of the company’s finance systems and processes, risk and compliance, Occupational Health and Safety, as well as assisting the Corporate Services Manager in achieving NCCHC’s strategic goals and providing supervision and guidance for staff in the Finance section.</p>
<p><strong>Key Position Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years hands on accounting experience and appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Accountancy</li>
<li>Ability to manage all aspects of a high volume and diverse accounting function</li>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to supervise and work effectively within a team environment</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills, including solid exposure to Excel spreadsheets and financial accounting software</li>
<li>Unrestricted NSW driver’s licence</li>
</ul>
